The ADI Clearing House Module is an extension of the Akademi Dalam Industri (ADI) Platform, designed to support Malaysia’s workforce prioritisation policy by ensuring that local citizens are given fair access to employment opportunities before employers proceed with foreign worker recruitment.

This module functions as a centralized compliance and distribution system that connects employers, local talent (bakat), and government agencies within a structured workflow. It enables transparent job allocation, response tracking, and reporting to support national employment policies.

System Overview

The module operates as an intermediary layer within the ADI ecosystem, ensuring that all job vacancies—especially those intended for foreign workers—are first offered to qualified local candidates registered in the ADI Bakat database.

 

Through automated matching and notification mechanisms, the system distributes job opportunities to suitable candidates and tracks their responses within a defined timeframe. The outcome of this process determines whether the employer is eligible to proceed with foreign worker applications.
