- Equipment usage tracking allows for the tracking of equipment usage (e.g. number of hours of use) and helps to predict maintenance or replacement needs.
- Equipment management is used to manage equipment barcodes and details such as depreciation value.
- The equipment issue ticketing module allows users to report any issues or breakdowns with the equipment, assign the issue, solve the issue, and close the ticket.
- The equipment booking module allows for easy booking and can be linked to a calendar.
- Preventive maintenance and calibration tracking ensure that equipment is regularly maintained and alerts users when plan preventive maintenance (PPM) and calibration are due.
- Email notifications (SMTP) and audit reports ensure efficient communication and reporting.
Consumable Management
- Can track the lab’s inventory of products and consumables, including their quantities, expiry dates, and locations.
