Kick-Off Meeting for MPC’s Akademi Dalam Industri (ADI) Project

The Akademi Dalam Industri (ADI) Project Kick-Off Meeting, a joint initiative between Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) and industry partners, was successfully held over three days and two nights at the tranquil Glenmarie Golf & Country Resort. The session brought together representatives from MPC and key collaborators, including the team from Leapseed, to align on the implementation strategy for the ADI programme.

The meeting focused on strengthening the collaboration between academia and industry through structured, in-depth discussions. Core project elements—including timelines, participant onboarding, and delivery frameworks—were addressed in detail, ensuring a clear and cohesive path forward.

Throughout the programme, both the MPC and Leapseed teams engaged in productive working sessions, exchanging insights and developing action plans that will support the programme’s success. Informal networking opportunities and a conducive setting further enriched the experience, promoting better understanding and teamwork among all involved.

This kick-off marks a significant milestone in the journey to enhance industry-based learning opportunities and prepare graduates for future workplace demands.

Review & Enhancement Meeting for the ADI System

From 24 to 25 November 2025, Leapseed Sdn Bhd successfully conducted a 2 Days 1 Night Review, Compliance and Enhancement Meeting for the Akademi Dalam Industri (ADI) System, in collaboration with the Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC). The meeting was held at Le Méridien Putrajaya and Moxy Putrajaya.

The session aimed to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and readiness of the ADI system ahead of its next implementation phase, through structured reviews and in-depth validation of key system modules. The discussions adopted a collaborative and data-driven approach, bringing together policy, operational, and technical perspectives.

Key discussions focused on system validation, process alignment, workflow optimisation, and technical milestone planning to strengthen overall system efficiency, reliability, and operational impact.
